OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2011. In January 2011, Freight One’s Vladivostok branch hauled more than 700 thousand tons. The increase compared to January of last year was 12%, to December — 1.4%.

In January, Freight One cars shipped 204 thousand tons of coal, and 14.6 thousand tons of cement along the Far Eastern Railway. Shipment volumes of construction materials increased by 21% compared to December reaching 16.5 thousand tons. Alumina shipments more than doubled and hit 46 thousand tons.

Since its opening, Freight One’s Vladivostok branch has hauled more than 8.4 million tons of various kinds of freight along the Far Eastern Railway.
