OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2011. Kazkommertsbank, one of the largest banks in Kazakhstan, has opened full-service loan centre in Almaty which is supposed to catalyze its consumer banking activities, reported the press-centre of KASE.

Establishment of the loan centre was based on the "one window" concept: clients receive on the spot a full range of services related to arranging and use of personal loans, from counseling to services upon loan receipt.

"Our primary goal is to accelerate the loan disbursement and raise customer convenience levels. In anticipation of an upward trend on the personal loans market we want to be prepared to meet the demand by simplifying and gearing up the loan disbursement procedures", says A. Timchenko, Managing director of Kazkommertsbank.

The new loan centre is situated downtown, in a new modern office building with a convenient access road and parking near the crossing of Tole Bi str. and Baitursynov str.

Anybody can receive professional counseling at the loan centre and apply for all kinds of personal loans: mortgage loans, car finance, express loans, cash loans for immediate needs: home improvement, wedding, purchase of furniture, holiday etc. Credit officers will choose the right type of loan for the client, make necessary calculations and receive the application.

Key elements of the loan arrangement procedure are concentrated at one place. The staff of Kazkommerts-Police and Kazkommerts-Life conducts counseling and arranges insurance policies with regard to all insurance types. Adjacent to the loan centre is a Notary Public co-operating with the bank which simplifies  the paperwork for the customer.

Individual receiving a loan from the loan centre can count with after-loan service. They can change their loan repayment schedule, make a full or partial repayment, refinance their loan, and obtain a certificate on their collateral etc.

The loan centre incorporates a cash settlements division rendering various services to individuals and corporate clients; there are two ATM (one with the cash-in function) and an Internet-booth inside.

The centre is open from 9 to 19 o'clock, with no lunch break, on Saturdays - from 9 to 16 o'clock.
