OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2011. The company shareholder Serik Tolukpaev acquired the following Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Plant shares in the shareholder Baurzhan Mozhaev, reported the press-centre of KASE:

- 41,550 (forty one thousand five hundred fifty) common shares that makes up 25 % from the total number of offered common shares;

- 6,300 (six thousand three hundred) preferred shares that makes up 25 % from the total number of offered preferred shares.

As a result of this deal, Serik Tolukpaev became the sole shareholder of Ust-Kamenogorsk Poultry Plant.
