OREANDA-NEWS. February 15, 2011. The International Bank of Azerbaijan (IBA) has created an opportunity for its customers to place the funds available on their bank cards as a term deposit without cashing out, reported the press-centre of IBA.

According to the information provided by the “APA-Economics” from the press service, the customers of plastic cards will be able by means of "Electronic Deposit" service via ATMs, Internet banking system and information kiosks to deposit funds that are stored on the cards.

The term of a deposit is from 3 months to 5 years, the amount of a deposit should not be less than 100 conventional units (AZN, USD, GBP, EUR). The interests on deposits are fixed in accordance with the interest rates of the Bank applicable at the time of signing the contract.

To connect to the "Electronic Deposit" service, the client must contact (only one time) the branch of the bank which issued him a plastic card, fill out a necessary form and sign an appropriate contract. Further, the client can implement all the operations to open a deposit account via ATM machines, information kiosks and the Internet banking system.
