OREANDA-NEWS. February 14, 2011. ARMADA (MICEX, RTS: ARMD) is announcing the appointment of Roman Kruglyakov as the general director of the group of companies. Earlier, Roman Kruglyakov held the office of deputy general director of ARMADA.

Roman Kruglyakov is 32 years old, and he started working for ARMADA group in 1997 — in RBC Soft. In 2002, he was appointed CTO for the company. Ever since the creation of the ARMADA group of companies in 2007, Roman Kruglyakov has been head of the technical group and a participant of the option program, and since 2009, he has been on ARMADA’s executive board. He graduated from the Moscow State University’s department of physics in 2000, and from Grenoble Ecole De Management with a diploma in Management Consulting in 2006.
