Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (POWERGRID) has posted a net profit of Rs.591.19 Crore for the third quarter of FY 2010-11 (October-December, 2010), an increase of 21.18% against Rs.487.84 Crore reported during the corresponding quarter ended December 31, 2009. The turnover for the quarter also grew by 22% to Rs.2,145.23 Crore.
