OREANDA-NEWS. February 10, 2011. Effective February 11, 2011 quotation of ordinary shares of OJSC RTS (RTS Board ticker – RTSX) will be resumed on RTS Board, due to state registration of the reports on the results of the securities issues (securities issues’ state registration numbers 1-02-20130-H as of January 21, 2011) that was placed by conversion after stock split. Current number of ordinary shares is 159,999,900, the par value equals one ruble.

RTS Board is a bulletin board for indicative quotation of securities (shares, bonds, investment funds) from both Russian and foreign issuers that have not been admitted to trading on OJSC "Russian Trading System" Stock Exchange.

At the moment 1772 securities of 1278 companies are included in RTS Board.
