The applicants requesting for tender are:

- to submit a written application on the intent to apply for the tender indicating an applicant's full name, legal status, country of incorporation and details;
- to obtain technical specifications;
- to get acquainted with the Regulations on the tender procedures for construction projects.

Organisations and companies that specialize in consultancy in construction monitoring, accreditation, standardization, metrology and certification and provide advisory services in the abovementioned spheres are eligible to participate in the tender.

The deadline for submission of tender offers is February 25 2011.
