CORRETORA DE TITULOS E VALORES MOBILIARIOS, General Corporate Taxpayer’s Register (CNPJ/MP) under no. 42.584.318/0001-07, with headquartered at Avenida Brigadeiro Faria Lima 3064 - 13th e 14 th floors, in the City and State of Sao Paulo to act as its market maker, with the objective of raising the liquidity of the Company’s shares. The contract has a 1 year term, automatically renewable for equal period, provided that neither party states otherwise in contrary.
