Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of "MEGABANK" PJSC Victoria Podgornaya said that the Bank has began to issue loans on purchasing of apartments in the house "House on Embankment" in cooperation with LLC "Asset Management Company "GRY" (Kharkov), reported the press-centre of MEGABANK.

According to her, loans for apartments in this house will be issued for a period of 10 years, the interest rate during the first year of the loan will be just 12.5% annually in local currency. Mandatory condition of extending a credit is to pay an amount not less than 30% of cost of housing.

Reference. "MEGABANK" PJSC provides loans to purchase housing, motor vehicles, consumer loans, as well as on property which is a subject to sale. To obtain a loan a borrower must provide his/her passport and passport of his/her spouse, the identification codes of the borrower and his/her spouse, a certificate of employment of the borrower with an indication of income for the last 6 months, a marriage certificate, a certified copy of work record. Also it is necessary to provide papers which proof given in the application borrower's assets. Mandatory condition for receiving a loan is a guarantee of a spouse or a family member.
