Belarusian Foreign Debt Went up 1.7% in December 2010

In January-December 2010, foreign debt rose 22.8%.
The government’s long-term debt accounted for 97.9% of the total foreign debt, government’s short-term debt for 0%, and foreign loans to companies’ against the government’s security for 2.1% on January 1, 2011. As of December 1, 2010, the figures were 97.9%, 0% and 2.1%.
In 2009, the foreign debt increased 110% to USD 7.891 billion.
