OREANDA-NEWS. February 09, 2011. The Commission of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) did not find any signs of antimonopoly violations in the actions of the Interregional Office of the Federal Service for Regulation of Alcohol Market (Rosalcoholregulirovanie) in the Central Federal District, reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

At the same time, investigating the case, the FAS Russia Commission emphasized that the established practice for considering applications for special federal marks can create additions difficulties for economic entities.

Therefore, the Commission is going to inform the Government of the Russian Federation that there is a possibility of creating unequal conditions for economic entities involved in production and sale of alcohol products.
