OREANDA-NEWS. February 07, 2011. The JSC  LUKOIL Press Service would like to announce that Oleg Durov, former General Director of LLC  LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez, has been appointed Head of JSC  LUKOIL's Main Division of Refining and Petrochemistry.

Thomas Mueller, former Head of the Main Division of Refining and Petrochemistry, has been appointed advisor to Vladimir Nekrasov, First Vice President of JSC  LUKOIL.

Aleksey Kovalenko, former General Director of PAO LUKOIL-Odessa Refinery, has been appointed General Director of LLC  LUKOIL-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez.

Valery Chakheev, former Deputy General Director for Production of PAO LUKOIL-Odessa Refinery, becomes General Director of PAO LUKOIL-Odessa Refinery.
