The Company was issued with license #2.1.15 dated January 6, 2011 entitling it to insure (re-insure) in the "general insurance" field with the following forms of optional insurance included:

1. insurance against losses of financial institutions, except for classes specified in sub-items 13), 14), 15) and 16) of item 3, article 6 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Insurance Activities";
