OREANDA-NEWS. February 04, 2011. Group of companies "AVS Group" has become a winner of the auction organized by Federal Fund of house building development support (DHB). Company "Rentor" which is included into "AVS Group" won the other two companies which took part in the auction too.

The object which was bought is situated in Furmanov street,124. The area of the object is 1,520, sq.m, the area of the plot is 0,68 hectares.  In December of 2010, according auction conditions, the winner made a contract of sale with the Fund DHB. By now the plot is a privacy of GCs. The general director of "AVS Development" Aleksey Guschin reported that taking into account the place of the plot, we are planning to build multi-storied house. Right now  sketch of the project is being done.
