OREANDA-NEWS. February 04, 2011. By results of 4Q, 2011 the number of visits to the corporate website of Kreditprombank increased by 12,4%. Totally in 2010 the bank’s corporate website was visited by over 684 thousand Internet users, reported the press-centre of Kreditprombank.
 
At the same time the number of the visited web pages increased by 10,8%. The most popular pages are still the sections with information for private clients, on the Bank’s sale points network, sale of mortgage property, types of deposits for natural persons and on the Bank.

More and more customers use the bank’s website as sales channel. Thus, during last year via website the deposits of natural persons in total amount of UAH 172,4 MIL were opened. The volumes of sales of investment coins and bank metals have increased considerably as well.

According to Vitalii Shulepov, the Director of the Department of Distribution Channels Development, the use of the corporate website substantially simplifies the communication of customer with the bank as he has the opportunity to get the reference information at any convenient time, find the nearest ATM or to order the bullion of bank metal. "Lately the interactive services gain considerable popularity as well, including deposit calculator", - notes Vitalii Shulepov.
