OREANDA-NEWS. February 03, 2011. In 2010, Freight One’s Vladivostok branch increased its haulage volume by 18.4% compared with 2009. In January-December, Freight One shipped 7.68 million tons of cargo on the Far Eastern Railway. Cement shipments on Freight One railcars on the Far Eastern Railway doubled to 726,900 tons.

Alumina shipments more than tripled to 331 thousand tons. Coal shipments made a significant jump. 1.6 million tons (+132%) were shipped over 12 months. Construction cargo shipments increased by 27.4%. Over two years of operations, Freight One’s Vladivostok branch has shipped more than 14.17 million tons of various cargo on the Far Eastern Railway.
