OREANDA-NEWS. February 03, 2011. Belarus’ OJSC Belsolod reported a 450% increase in malt export in 2010 to USD 25.429 million, a source in the company stated.

In volume terms, supplies reached 74,213 tonnes, an increase by 6.3 times.

Supplies to the domestic market dropped 28.8% to 26,604 tonnes.

Belsolod produced 91,609 tonnes of malt in January-December 2010, up 69.1% on the year.

Belsolod was established in 1989 and transformed into a joint stock company in 1996.
