OREANDA-NEWS. February 02, 2011. Starting from February 1, 2011, Aeroexpress will return passengers the cost of their tickets in the full amount in the case that the trains arrive at their destination more than 15 minutes late. These measures have been introduced by Aeroexpress with the aim of improving the quality of services provided to passengers by guaranteeing that trains run on schedule, thereby delivering passengers to their destination on time.

Ticket refunds will be provided immediately in Aeroexpress ticket offices upon the passenger’s request. The passenger will have to provide his or her passport, or another personal identification document, and the customer’s ticket on the train that was late.

Furthermore, customers will be given their money back immediately in the case that the train on the “city-airport-city” route is changed to a train type other than Aeroexpress' own trains (so-called “green trains”). Such passengers may also choose to get a free ticket for a different trip on Aeroexpress' trains.
