Termocom Submitted Documents for Tariffs Increase
OREANDA-NEWS. February 01, 2011. Termocom submitted a set of documents to the National Energy Regulatory Agency for increasing tariffs for heating by 9.6%. It was said by the Termocom director Mihail Cernei at the city hall’s sitting. If the National Energy Regulatory Agency approves Termocom’s inquiry, one giga-calorie of heating may cost 898-900 leis.
The heating supplier claims it cannot keep the old tariff of 821 leis for a giga-calorie anymore after prices for natural gas have been increased as the company is working at a loss.
“We have studied the possibility of keeping the existing tariffs but it is impossible. We cannot cut the costs. The only decision is bankruptcy”, Mihail Cernei said.
