February 01, 2011. “Orienbank” OJSC is one of the leading banks in Tajikistan and always tries to increase and develop its services; it pays special attention to use the new banking technologies and advanced banking programs as well as effectively controls the bank risks. In 2010 y. the income made by “Orienbank” OJSC formed 253,3 mln. somoni. This financial figure to the amount of 7,0 mln. somoni or 2,8% raised in compare with the last year.
The bank assets has reached to 1440,4 mln. somoni. Comparing the 2010 y. the growth amount formed 305,6 mln. somoni.

The bank credit portfolio formed 546,5 mln. somoni but this indicator has shrunken to the amount of 173,1 in compare with last year.

The total deposit amounts formed 654, 9 mln. somoni as of January 01, 2011y. The time deposits reached to 198, 4 mln. somoni as of January 01, 2011y. The raised amount of time deposits formed 15,8 mln. somoni or 9,0%.

The regulative capital of “Orienbank” OJSC as of January 01, 2011 y. formed 211, 8 mln. somoni. Authorized capital formed 204, 1 mln. somoni, so the increased part of the authorized capital in 2010 y. forms 8, 8 mln. somoni.

Via 103 points of “Orienbank” OJSC money transfers in 2010 y. the total amount of 452,8 mln. Dollars have been transferred to the Republic of Tajikistan from abroad; this amount to 116,9 mln. Dollars or 35,0% raised than last year. Relatively the money transferred by the bank from the Republic of Tajikistan to abroad in 2010 y. reached 730,3 mln. Dollars. The increased amount of remittances to abroad formed 396,8 mln. Dollars or 119%.

“Orienbank” OJSC continuously provides charity to the social vulnerable category of the people including child care institutions, social and educational organizations and physically challenged people. “Orienbank” OJSC in 2010 y. helped individuals and disable people to the amount of 1,3 mln. somoni. The helped amounts increased to 0, 5 mln. somoni than last year. 7 apartments also were completely constructed by the bank for the flood victims in Kulob.
