SITRONICS, a leading provider of a variety of telecommunications, utilities and EMS solutions in Russia & the CIS, India, CEE and Africa, announces that it has signed a new contract for Technical Support and Managed Services with Serbian telecom operator Telekom Srbija.

As part of the new agreement SITRONICS provides along with support & maintenance the delivery of FORIS rating and billing solution operations services for both wire line and mobile arms.
