OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2011. Sviaz-Bank paid interest on the fifteenth coupon of its Series 01 bonds (the issue was registered officially under number 40101470V on April 2, 2007) in full and on time, reported the press-centre of Sviaz-Bank.

The bondholders were paid coupon interest at a rate of 16% per annum, or 39 rubles 89 kopecks per bond. Overall, 1,047,990 rubles 8 kopecks was paid in coupon interest. The total interest paid on coupons 1 to 15 of the Bank’s Series 01 bonds reached 362,375,930 rubles 56 kopecks.

Sviaz-Bank offered its first-ever four-year bond issue on the MICEX Stock Exchange on April 26, 2007 to raise 2 billion rubles. Sviaz-Bank itself acted as managing underwriter of the issue.
