OREANDA-NEWS. January 28, 2011. Asaka state joint-stock commercial bank is actively rendering credit resources to the population of Uzbekistan.

As of 1 January 2011, the bank extended consumer credits worth 8.4 billion soums to 2,130 citizens. Out of them, 6.1 billion soums were extended for the purchase of household appliances and furniture, 1.4 billion soums – for the purchase of construction materials, 809 million soums – for education.

As a result Asaka bank's consumer credit portfolio amounted to 14.6 billion soums. Moreover, 450 citizens received mortgage loans worth a total of 19.4 billion soums. The bank's mortgage loans portfolio made up 103.3 billion soums.
