Court Dismisses FAS Cassation Petition Filed against CenterTelecom
OREANDA-NEWS. January 27, 2011. Moscow District Federal Arbitration Court has dismissed a cassation petition filed by Russia's Federal Anti-Monopoly Service against Moscow Arbitration Court's ruling and Ninth Arbitration Appellation Court's decision which canceled the Federal Anti-Monopoly Service's decision and order on breach of anti-monopoly legislation by CenterTelecom.
