The UX opened up on Wednesday before sinking below the breakeven point to close just down 0.07% at 2,658.58. Total turnover, including derivatives, was solid again at UAH 283.6 mln. The most active names by volume were Ukrnafta (UNAF UK), up 0.41% on UAH 35.1 mln; Alchevsk Iron & Steel (ALMK UK), down 1.93% on UAH 33.4 mln; and Centrenergo (CEEN UK), down 0.44% on UAH 33.0 mln. Yesterday's best performer among blue chips was Ukrtelecom (ULTM UK), which made 3.24%. Finishing the deepest in negative territory were Stakhaniv Wagon (SVGZ UK), which lost 2.64%; and Alchevsk Iron & Steel.
