OREANDA-NEWS. January 27, 2011. Bayan Sulu (Kostanai), whose shares are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with a copy of an amendment made to his shares issue prospectus, reported the press-centre of KASE.

The said amendment was registered by the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Regulation and Supervision of Financial Market and Financial Organizations (FSA) on January 11, 2011 and had been made due to changing data on enterprises where Bayan Sulu holds ten or more percent of outstanding shares.
