Further to the announcements of 25 January 2011, 17 December 2010 and the Circular posted to Shareholders on 16 December 2010, the Board is pleased to report its interim unaudited results for the six months ended 30 June 2010, which are also available for download from the Company’s website: www.21.com.ua.

The Board is pleased to announce that all Conditions required to be satisfied to lift the suspension of the Company’s Ordinary Shares from trading on AIM have now been satisfied. 

Accordingly, it is anticipated such suspension will be lifted at 7.30 a.m. (London time) today.

 Capitalised terms in this announcement carry the same meanings as those ascribed to them in the Circular unless the context requires otherwise.
