OREANDA-NEWS. January 26, 2011. Information about a petition of “Azul Holding 2 S.A.R.L.” on acquiring the rights enabling to determine the conditions for entrepreneurial activity of “Velosi” Ltd. and “Velosi PromService” Ltd., reported the press-centre of FAS Russia.

As of the day of filing the petition, the company’s asset value is RUB 349,519.58.

Main activities: an investment holding company.

Neither the buyer, nor any person included in the buyer’s group of persons do business on the Russian market for the services of quality control and verification in the oil-and-gas sector.

“Azul Holding 2 S.A.R.L.” is an investment company specially formed to carry out the transaction in question.

“Velosi PromService” Ltd.

Location: office 2, build. 1, 22/15, Sadovnicheskaya St., Moscow, 115035.

Main activities: quality control and verification; general expert evaluation; corrosion monitoring; technical control, testing and analysis.

“Velosi” Ltd.

Location: office 610, 32, Kommunistichesky Prospekt, Yuzhno-Sakhalinsk, the Sakhalin region, 693000.

Main activities: geological survey including oil search and deposit evaluation; exploration and production of crude oil and petroleum gas; wholesale trade with other liquid and gaseous fuel.

Governed by Clause 2 Part 2 and Part 3 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”, the Federal Antimonopoly Service has extended the period for petition consideration in order to additionally examine the petition and obtain additional information necessary to make a decision.

Interested persons can submit information to the Federal Antimonopoly Service about possible effects of the transaction upon the state of competition.
