OREANDA-NEWS. January 25, 2011. GAZ Group is to restart its assembly line in Nizhny Novgorod after a corporate vacation. Company workers have been on holiday since late December 2010. Ulyanovsk Motor Plant, part of GAZ Group, has also resumed operations a break. In total, the company’s production line was brought to a halt for 24 days, including the official days-off.

The Group had previously noted that it fulfilled the January 2011 production plan in 4Q2010. Workers of other of GAZ Group enterprises, namely, Likino Bus Plant, Golitsino Bus Plant, Bryansk Arsenal, Tver Excavator, Autodiesel Yaroslavl Motor Plant, Yaroslavl Plant of Diesel Devices, and others, returned to work on January 11.
