OREANDA-NEWS. January 25, 2011. It will be the first time when Prominvestbank’s bonds are distributed on two leading Ukrainian Stock Exchanges simultaneously.

State Commission on Securities and Stock Exchanges have registered most major bond issue and offering circular of stocks A, B, C lots of the Public Stock Company Prominvestbank in grand total of 1,5 billion UAH. Troyka-Dialog Ukraina LLC is underwriter of the issue.

The issue beats a record of the volume of total amount – 1,5 billion UAH. The stock floatation will be public and it will take place on two stock exchanges at once – on Ukrainian Stock Exchange (UKRSE) and at the same time on Stock Exchange PFTS.

On 2011, January, 31, will start the bond distribution of the debut lot A in 500 million UAH in output capability; then, in February, 28, will start the distribution of the lot B (the volume is the same); so bonds of the C lot is scheduled on March, 28.

Bonds of A and C lots have similar parameters which include 3-years-old term of circulation with annual offers, and coupon rate is 13% per year. Bonds of B lot will circulate during 2 years, they have no any equity of pre-term redemption, and have coupon rate of 14% per year.

Moody’s Investors Service gives to the issue of bonds of Public Stock Company Prominvestbank national scale rate Aa1.ua.
