The experience of Tatneft - AZS Center, one of the leading management companies of TATNEFT in the field of oil and gas products sale was in the focus of attention of a press conference held at the Cabinet of the Ministers in Tatarstan based on the results of a month's campaign of quality control verification of motor fuels sold and consumed in the Republic, reported the press-centre of TATNEFT.

During the briefing Robert Gilyaziev, Head of Department for rational utilization and quality of fuel and energy resources in the Republic of Tatarstan, informed the journalists that there was an active system of voluntary certification of filling stations in Tatarstan, which ensured the appropriate quality level of the fuel sold. Of the total 75 stations that have been certified in Tatarstan a majority (49 facilities) belong to Tatneft - AZS Center.

Vyacheslav Chichkov, Director of Tatneft - AZS Center, who attended the press conference, reported that the quality of products sold was one of the priorities to TATNEFT.

The voluntary certification, which the filling stations of TATNEFT successfully undergo, is confirmed by additional inspections by a certifying authority, and indicates compliance with the technical condition of the facilities with the requirements of normative documents and demonstrates the high quality of products sold. This, in turn, serves as a proof of the Company's openness to the consumers and the public.

Since Tatneft - AZS Center also presents Tatarstan beyond the Republic's territory the Company's filling stations have as well been certified in other regions of Russia.

Vyacheslav Chichkov also informed the journalists about a multi-level system of quality control in all production operations with petroleum products (reception, storage, transportation and release) established at the enterprises of the Company's retail marketing network. To this end, the Company has three accredited and two certified laboratories equipped with modern facilities.

Control is also carried out by the mobile laboratory, which allows identifying more than 20 parameters for gasoline and 8 parameters for diesel fuel within less than an hour through application of express-analyses methods.

An "Info-Oil" system introduced at the filling stations of TATNEFT allows performing collection of information in an automatic mode for each filling station. Along with the "Info-Oil" system of monitoring and operational control the Company is also developing auxiliary ways to support monitoring, including the ones through application of new technologies. So, an "AutoTracker" smart navigation system, installed in the road fuel tanks, controls the location of the motor vehicle, while operation of the "Hotline" for clients allows communicating with customers in a real time mode and promptly responding to all requests. The Company adopted a Standard: "Charter of Customers' Servicing". Control over the filling stations is also performed with application of video surveillance.
