Location: 20, Lenina St., Astrakhan.

Main activities: geological survey and commercial development of oil, gas and gas condensate fields in the Astrakhan region; construction of fuel-dispensing networks; transshipment of oil, gas, liquefied gas and oil products.

Governed by Clause 2 Part 2 and Part 3 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”, the Federal Antimonopoly Service has extended the period for petition consideration in order to additionally examine the petition and obtain additional information necessary to make a decision.

Interested persons can submit information to the Federal Antimonopoly Service about possible effects of the transaction upon the state of competition.
