Demir Kyrgyz International Bank Named Best Bank in Kyrgyzstan
OREANDA-NEWS. January 25, 2011. For 11 years these prestigious prizes have been annually awarded to leading Banks around the world. Selection of the winner was based on the results of the Bank’s activities, with prizes awarded to the best Banks in more than 149 countries around the world.
Following the results of the competition committee’s evaluation and in-depth analysis of the bank’s business strategies, corporate management practice, financial and operational figures, “Demir Kyrgyz International Bank” CJSC was declared winner in the nomination as "Best Bank in Kyrgyzstan of 2010".
The next award "The best Bank in Kyrgyzstan of 2010" according to the magazine "The Banker", was awarded to Demir Bank for the best results in the sphere of financial services, confirming its leading position in the Kyrgyz Republic. In the same year, the bank has repeatedly been remarked by the competent financial publication "Euromoney" - "The best Bank in Kyrgyzstan of 2010" and was awarded by the European Bank of Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) in the nomination "The most active bank of Kyrgyzstan in 2009 for issuing guarantees and letters of credit".
