Ukrsotsbank Announced Policy of Regional Network Development

Development of new alternative channel, integration of traditional and innovative way to buy and use bank’s products, setting of new outlets format to be closer to customer, quicker in answer to his needs, are the driver of the plan approved by the Bank board. The network optimization is one of the phase UkrsotsBank will implement to become a easier to deal with interface for the current and new customers.. Specialists of the bank with the support of international expert and leveraging on Group best practices performed a complex analysis of the market for each area of presence, defining the target coverage and the actions to put in place to improve customers service level and economic performances. UniCredit Group standard and innovative idea have been integrated to define the new investments that will make UkrSotsbank the first bank to be choose by the market.
MariaNikitova, responsible for Network Development, says that closing of some outlets with low number of clients and low level of service will impact positively the bank performances also in term of customers satisfaction. Focusing the investment and the efforts on more advanced point of sales and on innovative service delivering devices (like last generation ATMs, new internet banking and mobile banking solutions, new format point of service) is already the trend in the most advanced financial market and UkrsotsBank can become a leader in this area.
Usage of the alternative sales channels instead of the traditional outlets will allow the bank’s costumers to benefit from:
significant increase of number of services (including foreign currency loan repayments, activities with deposits, money transfers, utility charges, etc.);which can be used by the customers without going to the bank’s outlet
reduced time to perform specific transactions thanks to the opening by the bank of special kiosks for fast self-service;
