OREANDA-NEWS. January 24, 2011. Alliance Bank (Almaty, hereinafter - the bank) bonds of which are listed in Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) official list, provided  to KASE the extract from shareholders registers system as of December 31, 2010, reported the press-centre of KASE.

REESTR (Almaty) is the bank registrar.

According to the mentioned extract:

- the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C40310019 of the bank is 20,000,000 units, preferred shares KZ1P40310115 - 3,000,000 units;

- 13,637,563 common shares of the bank and 2,619,626 preferred shares are offered;

- the sole person, holding five and more percent of the bank shares from the total number of offered shares is National Welfare Fund Samruk-Kazyna (Astana), which owns 9,137,195 common shares of the bank (56.20 % from the total number of offered shares or 67.00 % from the total number of offered common shares of the bank).
