OREANDA-NEWS. January 21, 2011. Unileasing leasing company (www.unileasing.az) has summed up the basic results of the company’s activity in 2010.

The company reports that as of 31 December 2010 its leasing company portfolio made USD 48.5 million increasing by USD 21.6 million over the last year. As a result the target was exceeded by 9.4%.

By the end of 2010 564 contracts were signed, and about USD 30 million was invested in Azerbaijan’s economy.

Following 2010 OJSC Unileasing’s profit reached USD 2 million, and its aggregate capital exceeded USD 9 million.

Unileasing’s leasing portfolio on the republic’s five regional subdivisions(Ganja, Lankeran, Sheki, Guba, Saatli) made USD 2.4 million for the end of 2010. Total number of the contracts made by the company’s representative offices by the end of last year’s December reached 96, and total cost of leasing sites exceeded USD 3.5 million.

According to analysis of 2010 results average term on leasing agreements made 47 months; minimum term is 12 months and maximum -60 months.
