During the Baltic Market Awards, arranged by NASDAQ OMX stock exchanges in Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn, TEO LT, AB, the largest provider of integrated telecommunication, IT and TV services in Lithuania, was recognized as the most transparent company and was awarded for the Best Investor Relations in the Baltic Countries.

 During the awards ceremony held on Thursday, TEO was also awarded the Best Investor Relations Online award as the best in disseminating information to the market among the companies listed on NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange and was recognized as the best in annual report drafting and one of the best in company web-page development.

 During the Baltic Market Awards, organized for the fifth consecutive year, TEO was awarded for the Best Investor Relations in the Baltic Countries already for the fourth time. TEO received two Most Transparent Company awards in 2006, 2007 and 2009.

 The companies listed on NASDAQ OMX stock exchanges in Vilnius, Riga and Tallinn were evaluated by the commission, composed of the representatives of academia, analysts, media and stock exchanges. The winners were elected according to specifically defined and easily measurable criteria - publicly available annual and interim reports of the companies, corporate disclosures, company web-page and analyst evaluation.

 With more than 13 thousand shareholders, TEO is one of the largest companies on the Official Trading List of NASDAQ OMX Vilnius stock exchange.
