OREANDA-NEWS. January 21, 2011. Meeting of a Newly Established Spivdruzhnist (Commonwealth) National Trade Union with Trade Union Organizers from Concern Khlibprom took place.

Newly Established Trade Union joined the employees of the holding’s companies — Galnaftogaz Concern, Universalna Insurance Company, Concern Khlibprom, Efort Security Agency, Terin Enterprise, Vash Dim (Your Home) Construction Company.

Khlibprom was represented by trade union organizers from production units of Lviv region, Rivne and Kalush. During the meeting the management of Trade Union presented the structure, aim and activity of organization. According to Oles Pohranychnyi, Chairman of a Board of Trade Union, the approach of a newly established union is based on fairness of allocation and topicality of the delivered services for its participants. Thus, first and foremost decision made by the representatives of primary organizations in the meeting was to carry out a survey at each production unit in order to learn about the problems being of the first-priority for its employees.

Spivdruzhnist (Commonwealth) National Trade Union works on the grounds of transparency, equal opportunities for large and small enterprises, proportional allocation and flexibility while responding to the employee’s need. Thus, it is planned that directions of funds disposition will be revised every year and the most favourable conditions and offers on the market will be chosen. Certainly, the Trade Union will be performing a function of a mutual aid fund assigned to it long ago. The Trade Union will report on funds available on its account and directions they were allocated and trade union organizers will be able to obtain information about funds belonging to their employees at any time.

The Trade Union Board noted that today trade union organizations should use the potential of numerical employees more efficiently and ensure more favourable conditions for the employees in the directions where they will be overpaying one by one.  It may pertain to medical insurance, sanatorium and health-improving recreation, consultation services relating to financial and legal issues, etc.
