Aeroflot Continues Actions to Improve Its Image
OREANDA-NEWS. January 21, 2011. Aeroflot continues its activities that aim at improving the company's image. It should be reminded that Aeroflot's action covers the passengers who were scheduled to depart from the Sheremetyevo airport from 25.12.2010 to 29.10.2010 by the company’s flights that were delayed for more than eight hours (the complete list of the flights is posted in the ‘Company’ section of the Aeroflot site.), reported the press-centre of Aeroflot.
By now Aeroflot has already issued over 600 special certificates, or vouchers, that may be used to pay for future purchases of air tickets at Aeroflot sales offices or representative offices or to pay for excess baggage no later than 31.12.2011.
The passengers who are eligible for the compensations but prefer not to accept the certificate may apply for money compensations according to the procedure set by the legislation in effect.
