OREANDA-NEWS. January 20, 2011. Under Article 27 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006, FAS Russia received a petition about reorganization of “Caustic” OJSC by acquiring “Soda” OJSC (Registration No. 63926 of 16th December 2010), reported the press-centre of FAS.

Governed by Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition”, the Federal Antimonopoly Service extended the period for petition consideration for two months in order to additionally examine the petition.

Interested persons can submit to the antimonopoly authority information regarding the impact of the transaction upon the sate of competition.
