OREANDA-NEWS. January 19, 2011. The Extraordinary Shareholders’ Meeting of the limited liability company ““Ventspils nafta” terminals” has elected new Supervisory Council of the company. Robert Nijst was elected as the chairman of the VNT Supervisory Council. Simon D.Boddy, Rubil Yilmaz and Marinus de Jong were elected members of the Supervisory Council.

VNT Supervisory Council has been elected for three years.

The shares of SIA Ventspils nafta terminals are owned 51% by one of the major holdings in the Baltic States – the public joint stock company Ventspils nafta. Whereas 49% of shares are owned by Eurotank Holding Sarl.
