OREANDA-NEWS. January 18, 2011. The cost of housing in Kyiv will be the lowest in the country.  The Prime Minister Mykola Azarov told a briefing after the meeting devoted to revitalization of housing in Kyiv.

However, the Prime Minister said that the average price per square meter in Kyiv will be approximately 8 ths.
