Belarusian IMF SDDS Foreign Exchange Reserves Reduced 11%
OREANDA-NEWS. January 18, 2011. Belarus’ international reserves, by on the International Monetary Fund’s Special Data Dissemination Standards, went down 11% January-December 2010 to USD 5.031 billion as of January 1, 2011, according to the National Statistics Committee.
As of January 1, foreign currency reserve assets amounted to USD 1.908 billion, down 24.3% in 2010, the amount of monetary gold reached the equivalent of USD 1.6 billion, up 94.8%, and other assets were at USD 955.5 million, down 44.9%.
Special drawing rights were at USD 567.7 million as of January 1, 2011, down 1.8% from January 1, 2010.
