OREANDA-NEWS. January 18, 2011. VolgaTelecom (RTS: NNSI/NNSIP, MICEX: VTEL/VTELP, ADR: VLGAY) has paid dividend accrued based on the results of 9 months of 2010 fiscal year.

Total dividend paid on the Company’s ordinary shares amounted to RUB 655, 471, 477.33, on preferred A type shares – RUB 305, 775, 571.94. Dividend was paid in cash.

The resolution on the rate of dividend was passed by extraordinary general meeting of VolgaTelecom’s shareholders on November 08, 2010. Total dividend accrued on ordinary shares amounted to RUB 660, 467, 099.41(RUB 2.723360 per a share). Total dividend accrued on preferred A type shares amounted to RUB 323, 582, 317.05 (RUB 5.370421 per a share). Payment of dividend not in full is related to the non-appearance of shareholders in the issuer’s office for receiving dividend in cash, and also to incorrect or incomplete information on the requisites of the bank accounts and mailing addresses of shareholders.
