OREANDA-NEWS. January 17, 2011. The 2010 turnover amounted to BYR 63 277.98 billion. The 2010 trade volume increased 60.7% compared to 2009.

USD 13 337.69 million, RUB 97 488.49 million, EUR 3 465.36 million and other currency amounting to BYR 99 214.67 million in equivalent were sold at the trades in Q4 2010.

In comparison with 2009, the currency transaction turnover changed as follows: Russian ruble -plus22 602.31 million or plus30.2%, US Dollar plus5 227.79 million or plus64.5 %, Euro plus108.29 million or plus35.1%.

The unit weight of foreign currency in the trade volume in 2010 was USD – 63.0%, RUB – 15.1%, EUR – 21.7%, and other currencies – 0.2 %.

Average daily transaction volume amounted to USD 54.22 million, RUB 397.91 million and                      EUR 13.97 million.

The 2010 quotations changed as follows: RUB plus3.91 points or plus4.1%,  USD plus141.00 points or plus4.9%, EUR -134.00 points or -3.3%.
