The quantity of the transported cargoes has increased in 2010 and- for 41.6 percent. On operational kilometer-tons the airline has increased the indicators in relation to the last year by 30.3 percent that has made 507 million 600 thousand kilometer-tons.

Pilots have finished updating of the air fleet — quantitatively and qualitatively. Tu-154 aircrafts are taken out of air service, which beforetime formed the basis of the airline. Soon it is planned to operate a new aircraft An-148.

Airline positions in traffic hubs of Moscow and Khabarovsk have considerably amplified. Very good indicators are capable accurately to define not only prospect of the further development, but also to change essentially company economy.

The company continues to develop dynamically, increasing the basic productive and economic indicators on the average by 20 percent. It became possible, thanks to correctly built strategy, new markets development, operation of aircrafts with the raised fuel efficiency.

Despite the growth of volume indicators, as a whole 2010 was hard in airline economy. And, nevertheless, as well as in the hard times, and today it is given considerable attention to the decision of socially significant questions. So, improving rest in sanatoria and rest houses of Primorsky krai and Khabarovsky krai has managed to airline workers in 30 percent cost of the permit. The program of children summer holiday in country camps is executed in full. Together with Federation of Trade Unions of Primorsky krai in the summer it has been generated the delegation of children of airline workers to have a rest in Toyama.

And by New Year OJSC Vladivostok Air has received one more certificate of the high status — appointment as an official carrier of children from Primorye to Moscow on the Kremlin New-Year tree. Three children, whose parents work in the airline were as a part of children’s delegation from Primorsky krai. Polina Semenova, the winner of the international dancing competition, Maxim Romanchenko, a member of a children’s football team Lutch-Energiya, Anton Ronchikov, the young sportsman will have the luck to visit on the main New-Year tree of the country.

Owing to optimization of working process in a number of services where there were structural changes, the salary to workers of low-paid categories is reconsidered. There are labor collectives which have refused to collect the personnel in "hot" time — during mass transportations. At the expense of this economy the airline also have considered possible to increase salary. Besides, in all company services it is entered and exist a fund of the personal extra charges, which services chiefs monthly redistribute to experts for highly effective work. It has already become in OJSC Vladivostok Air a tradition to give to the passengers pleasant surprises on the New Year’s Eve. On 15th and 16th of December, airline aircrafts have made the first flights on a new international route in the airport of Cam Ranh, Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
