OREANDA-NEWS. January 17, 2011. Integrated transport monitoring system is to appear in Moscow by 2013, city’s Mayor Sergey Sobianin said.

According to him, the system will help maintaining coordination between road and emergency services.

In the frame of the project, GLONASS and video monitoring systems will be installed on about 7.8 thousand vehicles in the capital of Russia.
