OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2011. OJSC ROSNO-MS is returning to the obligatory medical insurance market of the Bryansk Region.

In 2011, the Bryansk branch of ROSNO-MS resumed its operation. Now any resident of the Region will be able to benefit from the company’s services when receiving medical aid under the obligatory medical insurance system. Holding on to its customer focus principle, ROSNO-MS observes the unified customer service standards, applying them to insurants throughout the Russian Federation (the company is represented in 81 RF subjects). The company employees will control volumes and quality of provided medical aid and will explain insurants their rights in the obligatory medical insurance system.

According to the branch director Ms. Olga Mitina, the resumption of the branch’s operation in the Bryansk Region will be instrumental in further implementation of ROSNO-MS’ regional leadership program.

OJSC ROSNO-MS
