OREANDA-NEWS. January 14, 2011. The Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS Russia) has considered a petition of “Hyperfoods Holding” Ltd. (location: 11, Pesochnaya St., Izhevsk, the Republic of Udmurtia, 426069; main activities – leasing out own non-residential real estate) on acquiring 75.0002% voting shares of “Vostochny” OJSC (location: 15, Italmas village, Zavyalovsky District, the Republic of Udmurtia, 427023; main activities – pigs breeding), which together with the shares already in possession of the buyer will reach 100% voting shares of “Vostochny” OJSC (Registration No. 62365 of 8th December 2010).

In order to additionally examine the petition and obtain additional information necessary to reach a decision and governed by Clause 2 Part 2 Article 33 of No.135-FZ Federal Law “On Protection of Competition” of 26th July 2006, the Federal Antimonopoly Service extended the period for petition consideration for two months.
